My new friend Madeleine took this picture at the Reagan Memorial Library. I'm giving his Inauguration speech off of the teleprompter. I thought it was fitting for the announcement of the winner of the Small Grey Cat giveaway. Thanks for your patience and flexibility. The blog is up to 50 followers! It's crazy and humbling that people would choose to read my musings. Then this past week I have been absolutely overwhelmed with the kindness and generosity of all the people I've met in California. These people gave me a place to stay, invited me on outings, and shared their stories and their lives with me. I call that winning. I feel like I have grown, changed, and refocused in such a short period of time. I'm quite thankful to my Father for all these blessings. I'm quite thankful to you, loved ones, for choosing to follow even just a part of my story. Go out and celebrate all of your "wins" today!
